Celebrating Bad Timing

These national events, when they happen, can have crazy impact. Remembering every 9/11 as your wedding anniversary can’t be easy.

Much less significantly (as in I’m not so dumb I’d liken one to the other), I feel guilty celebrating today while people are talking about the far reaching reprecussions of the earthquake in Japan.

But I’m going to have to keep living life, and isn’t that a good message?

So, today we drove all the way out to Beaver Mountain, completing my mission to ski all 14 Utah resorts. Maybe I’ll tell everyone else tomorrow. Or next week. Or when Japan is better. So I don’t feel like such a brat.
